Shipping and lead times

Every item is personalised after payment is confirmed. Production takes 3 to 5 working days. Once ready, your order is shipped by CTT shipping.

Shipping: €5.00.

You can also collect your order free of charge at: Quinta da Carne Magra, Estrada da Igrejinha, 7005-874 Évora. We'll let you know when it's ready.

Personalisation

The preview on the website is illustrative. The final position, size and colour may vary slightly depending on the material and technique (DTF, embroidery, sublimation or laser). If we have any doubt about your text or image, we'll contact you before producing it.

Images and PDFs you upload are used only to produce your order.

Returns and exchanges

Personalised items are made to the customer's specifications and are therefore excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (article 17 of Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014). If an item arrives damaged or with a mistake on our part, we'll replace it free of charge — please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, MB WAY or Multibanco reference). RPingas never has access to your card details. For Multibanco references, production starts once the payment is confirmed.

Privacy

We use your details (name, contact details, address, tax number and any images you upload) only to process your order, issue the invoice and deliver it. We don't share data with third parties, except the carrier and the payment processor (Stripe). If you agree to receive news, we use your email to send you news and discount codes — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or in your account.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email.

Cookies: we only use essential cookies needed for the shop to work (session, cart, language and the record of your acceptance of this notice). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
